Hi, I'm Detra author, speaker, mentor, and mom. I'm so glad you're here!
This ministry was birthed from my own journey of healing, breaking free from fear, past trauma, and insecurity. As I’ve surrendered to my own healing process and aligned myself with God’s purpose, He’s given me the assignment to not only walk in freedom but to help others step into that same freedom.
This calling is deeply rooted in prayer, teaching, guiding, and releasing a sound that breaks the strongholds holding people back. I’m here to help you walk in your God-given identity and step fully into everything God has for you.
I believe with all my heart that every soul can be healed, and every chain can be broken. Through love, the healing virtue of Jesus, and the anointing received through Christ, we can all experience freedom.
Together, we can walk boldly in the freedom Christ has already provided for us. I’m here to walk with you on this journey.

In My Heart’s Cry: Giving It a Voice, Detra takes you on a journey through her own struggles with brokenness, trauma, and unanswered questions.
She knows what it’s like to feel stuck, drowning in life’s challenges, and still trying to hold it together. But she also knows what it’s like to encounter God in the deep places—the places where healing begins, freedom is found, and hope takes root.
